Easy Marriage in Denmark
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by
Easy Marriage in Denmark
Owner: Eleonora Menke, Grüner Weg, 25379 Herzhorn, Germany.
2. Services
I support couples in getting married in Denmark, including:
- personal consultation
- review and preparation of required documents
- submission of documents to the responsible Danish authority
- organizational support related to the marriage process
Optional services (only if booked separately):
- wedding photography
- bridal styling
3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded as soon as:
- a booking confirmation is sent (by email or messenger), and
- the agreed payment has been made.
4. Prices & Payments
- Prices are based on the individual offer agreed upon.
- The Danish authority fee of €285.00 is not included in the service price and must be paid separately.
- An advance payment may be agreed individually.
- At the latest, once the documents have been submitted to the Danish authority, the full service fee becomes due.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation is only possible as long as no documents have been submitted to the Danish authority.
- Once the documents have been submitted, no refund is possible, as the service has already been provided.
- This also applies if the application is delayed or rejected by the authorities.
6. Obligations of the Clients
Clients are obliged to:
- provide all documents completely, correctly and on time
- immediately inform about any changes or errors
No liability is assumed for incorrect or incomplete information provided by the clients.
7. Liability
Liability exists only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
No liability is assumed for decisions, processing times or rejections by Danish authorities.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and is only passed on to third parties (e.g. authorities) if this is necessary for the service.
9. Final Provisions
If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
German law shall apply.
